Intended for confident knitters who have made at least one garment
In this workshop, we will talk about how to modify a commercial pattern. Topics to cover include changing gauge, changing the sleeves, changing the neckline, and converting pullovers to cardigans. Students should bring a pattern they want to modify and the yarn they wish to use. It would also be helpful to bring a similar garment (e.g., a pullover if the pattern is for a pullover, a cardigan if the pattern is for a cardigan) that fits the way they like.
